steering.jpg (19583 bytes)   * Integral Orbitrols have same Spool and Sleeve in design as Standard Orbitrol, but compactly include every kind of integral valves required for each steering systems. In this series, the following seven combinations of the max. three control valves  ( 1, 2 and 3) are available. Choose one among the following seven Valve Options, according to each system requirements. (1 + 2 + 3, 1 + 2, 2 + 3, 3 + 1, 1, 2 and 3)

1 : Inlet Relief Valve (1 pc.)
     This is equivalent to the main relief valve in case of steering exclusive circuit and regulates the max. pressure of steering system.
2 : Inlet Check Valve (1 pc.)
    Prevents the Wheel Kick phenomena (Instantaneous shock to Steering Wheel at the start up of steering under cylinder line highly pressurized).
3 : OverIoad Relief & Anti-cavitalion Valves (each 2 pcs.)
    Overload Relief Valve cuts pressure surge in L & R cylinder lines and protects the steering system- including hydraulic lines and cylinders. Anti-cavitation Valve prevents vacuum (cavitation) phenomena in cylinders caused by working of Overload Valve or etc.

  • Reduces'cost by eliminating excess pipings
  • Be able to use all of the basic specifications (displacement and special features) of Standard Orbitrol

In the case of Low Slip Orbitrols, the specification are limited under Max. System Pressure 140 kgf/cm2 and displacement is less than 120 cm2/rev.
