SERVICE BRAKE & PARKING BRAKE SYSTEM
  • There are two systems on front drive wheels, one is foot-operated service brakes  with set up and self-adjusting features that gives braking oction in either travel direction, and is external expanding double shoe type. The other is mechanical, adjustable, lever-operated parking brake that holds truck in position.

DRAULIC SYSTEM
  • The lifting and tilting function of fork are controlled by hydraulic system. Driver can operate the lift lever by hand, which varies oil flow rate through oil pump.
  • Two double-cting tilt cylinder, pinned to the cross-member of the other mast, give full load control of all models of PROWELL forklift truck, the maximum forward mast tilting angle is 6", the backward is 12".

MAST & FORK
  • The mast, made of German hot-rolled section steel, is precisely welded, and tested by Liquid Penetrant Examination to ensure its high quality. Fork arm holderis also made of hot-rolled section steel.
  • Together with selected high strength forkarms, the entire material handing unit will last without deformation.
