Fault

Probable cause
Engine bottom oil leakage
  • Loose drain screw or bad drain washer
Loose starting motor
  • Loose wiring or over-discharged battery
Engine overheat
  • Coolant tank or pipe leakage. Bad temperature regulator.
  • Dirty or blocked radiator. Loose fan belt.
Coolant leakage
  • Bad gasket.
Unadjustable idle speed
  • Cracked inlet manifold packing or broken inlet pipe.
Starting failure
  • Diesel engine: bad fuel pump. bad plugs, bad stop wire.
  • Gasoline engine: bad plugs, bad condenser, or bad pointer.
  • Excessive carburetor floating level
Lift cylinder leakage
  • Bad oil ring in flow regulator valve.
Unstable mast
  • Excessive clearance between inner and outer roast. Bad bearing
Slowed lifting, lowering
  • Blocked flow regulator valve.
Slipping fitt cylinder
  • Bad cylinder U-packing or O-ring. Broken high pressure pipe.
  • Loose joint.
Slipping tilt cylinder
  • Bad cylin er U-packing or O-ring. Broken high pressure pipe loose joint Bad Dilot check valve.
Insufficient lifting pressure
  • Bad pressure regulating valve. Insufficient oil. Blocked oil   filter. Broken pipe.
