• Maintenance services schedule recommended here will enable PROWELL forklift trucks in good running condition at timer.
• Perform the services with available facilities or at dealer recornrnends.
• The recommended schedule assumes the average duty conditions and bases on 8 hours a day.
• If the working environment is severe it is required to shorten the maintenance intervals.

General rules on maintenance:

1. Before applying of! or grease the oft holes, grease fitting and the area around them should be cleaned with cloth and brush,
2. The oil level check should be done with the truck parked horizontally.
3. Oil draining should be done immediately after operation while the oil is still warm.
4. Rust inhibition should be used In coolant all the Lime.

1. inspect abnormal point of previous day.
2. Inspect engine of! level, viscosity and contamination.
3. Inspect hydraulic of! level, viscosity and contamination.
4. Inspect fuel level.
5. Inspect coolant level and leakage or not.
6. Inspect of! leakage or not.
7. Inspect Lyres pressure or abnormal damage.
8. Inspect Lightness of hub nuts.
9. Inspect the amount of play of steering wheel.
10. Inspect the play and stroke of clutch pedal.
11. Inspect the play and stroke of parking brake.
12. Inspect the instruments, lamps and horn.
13. Inspect the exhaust gases and engine noise.
14. Inspect the forks and mast structure.

1. Inspect the battery electrolyte level.
2. Air cleaner elemer~t cleaning or replacement.
3. Tightening bolts and nuts of cylinders.
4. Inspect the tension of {an drive belt.
5. Lubricate the mast and steering linkage.(see lubrication chart)
