YCS-SERIES MAIN FEATURE Swing beam ram design offers precision shearing and quick and easy operation with it can cut both thick and thin (0.1 mm) steel plate. Special hydraulic control system automatically adjusts the pressure according to the thickness of plate being cut (from 0.1 to 25mm) All steel welded structure - fully stress relieved. All controls grouped at front for easy operation. Overload device to protect machine and blades. With swing beam action the top blade is always exactly parallel with lower blade at point where shearing takes place along the blade length. This results in excellent cut quality. Swing beam pivot points allow simple adjustment and display of blade clearance to ensure accuracy and to protect machine.
